is there any optional subject related to music in 11 and 12

Hope you are doing fine!
Please be specific about which board you are talking about, so that it'll be much easier to understand.
Several music and fine arts related subjects are available in most of the boards, but you have to talk with you are school first. If they are not giving you the permission for taking the subject, then you won't be able to persue that.

Actually i m thinking to take dummy and then i would search a school which grants music as an optional subject

I m currently in 10th and am confused for the optional subject so that's why i m form MP boards

In MP board the subject indian music is available, you can opt for it!
