There are only three entrance exam for Medical programme NEET, AIIMS & JIPMER. As per the eligibility you should be passed class 12th.
NEET Eligibility:
You should be passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board with minimum 50% as a general category. You can check teh further information with the given below link.

AIIMS Eligibility:

JIPMER Eligibility:
