is there any other open university that can I join in 2nd year !? as in du sol transfer is prohibited!!

Hello subhi,
Unfortunately you cannot join in from 2nd year, you have to take admission from 1st year to get admission in IGNOU/ DU sol or any other open University.you need to take admission in first year and have to get credits through clearing examinations to be promoted to next year.
