Hi there.
There's no specific or explicit syllabus. The University doesn't mentions anything regarding the syllabus of any subject for the respective postgraduation entrance examinations.
It is advisable to complete and cover your undergrad's syllabus very perfectly. Do not leave any topic or chapter. Just cover that syllabus and it will be enough.
Also, try talking to your seniors. They will be the best people to help you in this matter, specifically.

Yes. There are no sample papers. You wouldn't even find previous year question papers in the market. The University doesn't releases papers of the PG entrance exams. That's why I suggested talking to Seniors who have written the same exam, they will be able to guide you specifically for the preparation process.
