Dear Piyush, if by Payment seat, you meant Management Quota seat, yes there are such seats. The Management Quota seats are not available in Government Medical Colleges but are available in Private Medical Colleges. They are called B-Category Seats. These are available in respective State Counsellings. There are 2 ways about getting a seat under Management Quota.First is that the State Counselling authority will release notification for filling of Management Quota seats and you can register and attend the counsellung process. The 2nd is that after all rounds of Counselling are done with, the State Counselling authorities will transfer the vacant Private seats to the respective Colleges. These seats are filled without counselling at the jurisdiction of the Administrstion. The fees ranges anywhere between 25-40 lakhs for the entire term.

Dear aspirant,as per your question,yes there is a seat acceptance fee for seeking admission into medical colleges.the amount of seat acceptance fees depends on college to college.if you consider seat acceptance fees for government college then fees would be very less but if you go for a private college the fees will be very high(both seat acceptance and admission fees).the seat acceptance fees in most of the cases is adjusted in college fees as well.
