Madhu, you haven't mentioned your Category and the State you belong to. Nevertheless, in India we have Government Medical Colleges, Private Medical Colleges and Deemed/Central Universities. PrivateMedicalColleges do not participate in All India Counselling and the seats are filled through State Counselling alone. And for appearing for State Counselling you need to hold the domicile of that particular State. Or else the only other option is through Management Quota. Under All India Quota, All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC, AIIMS and JIPMER are filled by DGHS. Here with a score of 350, there is no chance for a seat even if you belong to Reserved Categories. Deemed/Central Universities have Management Quota but if you belong to General Category, 350 is quite less. But if you belong to Reserved Categories, there might be a chance atleast in the Stray Vacancy round. The 85% State Quota and Private Colleges are filled by the respective State Authorities. 350 is too less a score for any Category for a seat in a GMC. And there are 3 Categories in Private Medical Colleges. Category A is the Government Quota Seats. And only candidates of the home State are eligible to apply for these seats. Here again, with a score of 350 it is really difficult for a seat in few States like Rajasthan, Bihar, Delhi, AP, etc. But Tamilnadu and Karnataka have relatively lesser cut offs and if you belong to Reserved Category and one of these States, then you might stand a chance. B Category seats are also called Management Quota Seats and they are filled through State Counselling and the remaining seats are filled through direct Admissions by contacting the College directly provided the Candidate has registered for the respective State Counselling and has not been able to secure a seat in the Counselling. Now here is where you have a chance irrespective of your Category. Here the fees is usually nothing less than 40 lakhs. The last Category is NRI seats Category and you cannot apply for that. So overall, with a score of 350, you might have a chance in Management Quota seats of Private Medical Colleges.

The cutoffs are different for various medical colleges for students from different categories. Now you haven't mentioned your category, so considering you as a general category student, it would be very difficult to get any government medical college. But with 350 marks you have chances in private medical colleges or Deemed universities. Now if you belong to any reserved category (SC/ST/PWD etc), then you have chances to get government medical colleges like Gulbarga Institute of Medical Sciences, Kalaburagi; Kodagu Institute of Medical Sciences, Madikeri etc. You still have one month to prepare for Neet. Try to score at least 500 marks out of 720 so that you can get into standard governments medical colleges. Now only a month is left for Jee Main and now focus more on important chapters that means which carry more weightage. Instead of choosing a random topic from the syllabus, you must break your preparation into sections. Sub-topics from each section should be selected and then strategy on clearing concepts must be made. You can make short notes on the topics that you have find difficult to understand.Never leave any concepts doubtful or unsolved. Once done with the syllabus and concept clarity, you should move towards solving previous years papers. Give mock tests as much as possible.
