Is there any preference criteria of locking govt medical colleges??what happen if i lock top colleges first although having less marks??

Dear student, if you are locking top colleges first while you don't qualify the cut off criteria of those colleges . It is sure that you won't get seat and you are wasting your chance to get the college you deserve to get. By doing this you are wasting your chance and there's a probability that you don't get a good college in second round counseling.
