Hi

Yes there is a priority difference. GATE candidates are exempted from answering TANCET.

They are prefered first, seats priority will be given to them first.

For all NOT GATE qualified students, entry into ME is based on TANCET exam conducted by Anna University.

Can we use both the scores ?? I have a valid GATE score and i will write TANCET this year. can i apply through both GATE and TANCET ?
