Yes general EWs is reserved by some ratio... You can it on upsee information brochure. Also your father income certificate is considered not your

My father's income certificate was made in oct 2020, we are UP candidate and in UP the income certificate is valid for3 years but in UPSEEcounselling it is asking for income certificate which is made after 1april2021.Can i still upload my father's old income certificate or apply for new and submit ??
