According to previous year's cut off trends candidates from general category required to score around 600+ marks, candidates from OBC or other category required to score 500-500+ for MBBS in Meghalaya. There are chances that you may get admission in NEIGHRIMS if you have scored 595 in NEET since you belong to OBC category as you have mentioned. As per the state counselling, 85% of the seats are reserved by State Quota so you can apply through that too if you belong to that particular state.
