Is there any probability to get air1 in jee advanced by only the preparation of 7 months for jee advanced 2021?

You have a good aim, and you should be dedicated towards achieving your goal. Yes, it is possible only if you give your 100% effort. To get AIR 1, you need to study hard. It doesn't depend on the time, rather it depends on how much effort you can give in your studies. If you stay focused for a month, then you can obviously get a very good rank.
