Hello aspirant,

Any new college faces various problems related to management and infrastructure, so from an academic point of view, you should try for the older colleges which have worked well for years. However, if the college you get is very far from your home and you will you will not get time to study, you should probably not switch as in MBBS you need to study a lot. If you study well, you will be doing well even with such college related problems, which will probably last for your 1st 2 years at maximum. Take a decision wisely, all the best !
