Is there any problem if I refuse government seat allotted for me in keam after 3rd allotment?

Yes dear you can anytime withdraw from allotment.There is no issue regarding that.The institute will fill vacant seats in spot round.That is their headache and not yours.So,please choose the seat that you like most.They will withdraw you automatically from counselling if you not report there.
