There is no problem if you select Bengali medium as a language of your NEET exam. Along with in Bengali, the questions will be also given in English and so you can refer from English and Bengali whenever you do not understand either of the languages. And your choice of the language in the exam paper will not affect your NEET score or rank in the merit list.

As you ask about ..can you choose bengali language as language for your neet paper ..So yes you can do. this ...

As neet prepare in 11 language including hindi ,eng English and bengali ...but yoiycan apply for this .. only in Bengal region ...
