yes there is a quota for Sikhs in medical colleges of Punjab. In context to this, there are two kinds of reservations for sikhs, they are as follows,

1. the first being for sikh minorities, which inlcudes 7,5% for NRI sikhs as well.
2. the second kind, is the reservation for children/grandchildren of those affected by Sikh riots , there is 1% reservation in this case.
