Hello aspirant,
Yes there is a quota for defence you will be provided 20 seats for MBBS and about 4-5 seats for BDS. You can make registrations just after the neet result declared through official website of kendriya sanik school or through the national defence education's offical website. The reservation is also provided for other religious/linguistic minority candidates.
