There is no such quota that Delhi University provides. DU only provides ECA and Sports quota. They also provide quota to the certain background classes like SC, ST, OBC or Other Backward Classes and the kashmiri migrants, physically challenged.

Apart from various caste and sport quotas there is no other quota in DU,

But in case you have heard from some where , its because DTU has 85% quota for delhi CBSE students.

so you must have mistaken it with DU.

There is no such quota for candidates who passed their 12th from schools located in Delhi.

1)During online registration , the candidate has to mention his/her category Unreserved, OBC, SC, ST.

2) The candidates can appy under  Kashmiri Migrant Persons with Disabilities (PwD), Kashmiri Migrant (KM), Armed Forces (CW), Nominated Sikkimese Students and Ward Quota.

3) The candidates can apply under Sports/Extra-curricular activities (ECA) quota.

4) The candidates can also apply under Minority quota for some colleges.

NOTE- There is no reservation under Kashmiri Migrants, Sikkimese Students, Ward Quota and Sports/ECA in all those courses where the admission is based on entrance exam.
