Is there any relaxation fee in IIT delhi, if I have obc ncl of delhi, and my parents annually income less than 8 lakes??

IIT Fees for Indian Candidates
The SC/ST/PWD candidates will have to pay no fee, and the most economically backwards students from General and OBC category (whose family income is less than Rs 1 lakh per annum) will get 100% relaxation in the course fee.
