No there is no need to provide any parent document in neet counseling .
If you have claimed a sc/St quota seat or nri quota seat then only they ask document verification so at that time you have to submit .

Hi,

During NEET counselling their is no requirement of your parents documents. Their domicile certificate might be needed in case of state's eligibility criteria that too if they ask.

All documents required in counselling are the documents of candidate.
