Is there any reservation for obc in upsc exam?

Yes there is a reservation for OBC in UPSC Civil Services (CS). All reservation in UPSC CS applies till CS final level. The candidates from reserved categories (SC/ST/OB) are given rebates in the cutoff, et.al.
For instance, in 2017, the cutoff in UPSC Civil Services prelims for OBC candidates was 102.66, against UR (general category) cutoff of 105.34.
