Till now there is no update for dental colleges. Wait, for the further notice as allotment of medical colleges Mop round 2 is done.

There is nothing mentioned for the same officially so it would be better to try to get seat on institutional level only as if they have any vacant seat then it can be allotted to you if the score is considerable.
