Getting a scholarship is a good choice as it reduces the pressure on parents about academics fees and other expenses.

I would like to mention that almost all the IITs provide scholarships to its students which include various merit based scholarship ,many entrance based ,many based on the financial status of the family and many for the reserved category of the society i.e sc/st or obc.
