Yes there is some scholarships for students....for obc/sc/st students .......for poor students........for topper students........also some colleges conduct scholarship tests too.

Yes there are certain scholarship programs.
But they take test and also consider minimum eligibility criteria.
LIKE
Ongc for economically backward
Lic golden
North South foundation.
Mostly these test are by private companies and cannot be relied upon.
