Yes, there are various scholarships for EWS 12th passed Students:
- NSF Scholarship.
- CCRT Scholarship.
- INSPIRE Scholarship.
- AICTE Pragati Scholarship for Girls.
- CASA.
- FFE.
- CCB.

There are no EWS only scholarship. But you can always apply for scholarships which are based on the boards criterion.
You didn't mentioned the stream of your 12th then I can name some of them.
Although you can go for most of the state/central government scholarship and to get the names you can search on google search.
