There are lateral entry available at Shivaji University.

It is available in all B.E. courses and c andidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology/ B.Sc. degree from a recognized university and have secured minimum 45% marks in aggregate.

Admission is through CAP counseling based on the marks obtained in Diploma/ B.Sc. conducted by DTE (Directorate of Technical Education) Maharashtra.
