is there any seats for other states student in karnataka medical colleges through sports quota?

Hello aspirant ,
Every state may or may not have some seats reserved for NCC or sports quota and those are limited to candidates of Karnataka only,
Those seat allotment is done under Govt quota or convenor quota,
