Is there any sectional time management for every section in CMAT exam 2019

There is no thing such as sectional time limit in CMAT exam. You'll be given 180 minutes to solve total of 100 question. Each will be of 4 marks and maximum marks will be 400. Visit below link for any other ducky regarding exam :
