Hello aspirant!
Hope you are doing well!

BHMS stands for Bachelor in Homoeopathic medicine and Surgery, a qualified candidate can perform some surgeries (Department of AYUSH, Govt of India) allows. Beyond that there is no scope because no MS is available.
But MD(Hom) and Homeopathy is capable to cure a certain part of Surgical complications without surgery

At this point in time, there is no such bridge course. But recently Ayush Ministry has allowed Ayurveda Graduates with certain qualifications to perform surgeries. But Homeopathic treatment is a way of treating illnesses and diseases without surgical intervention and so a BHMS Graduate cannot perform a General Surgery. They are trained for emergency treatments but surgery might be not an option.
