is there any specific number of times that we can write gate exam since am planning to write gate exam second time in 2020

Dear Gouthami, there is no age limit and there is no cap on specific number of times a Candidate can appear for GATE. As long as you fulfil the eligibility criteria, you can appear for GATE. Due to heavy traffic load in the GATE application portal, IIT-Delhi has extended the last date for submission of the application form with normal fees to September 26.The candidates can apply through the website,gate.iitd.ac.intill 6 pm.Meanwhile, the candidates can submit their applications till October 1 with the late fee.
