Hi, Yes there are some engineering universities/colleges that provide sport reservation but not all. As it depends in institutes. Any specific institute you want to know about?

Colleges like VIT, SRM, PSG have sports quota.
You will have to understand that national player will earn more points than a state level player.
Even Jadavpur University also provides sports quota.

There are different procedures in different institutes. Either be specific about which one you want to knwo about or else the other goodway is to check by yourself on their official sites as well.
