Respected sir,
Sports quota available at some top engineering colleges like VIT, BHU, and JMI is of great benefit to students who are amazingly talented at specific sports and want to pursue those sports at higher levels along with their engineering courses.
As the Indian society is becoming more open to the acknowledgement of the sports skills of students, along with their classroom knowledge, we can see progressive steps like the introduction of sports quota in engineering colleges too. However, this option is only available for such students who have displayed exceptional talent in sports.

From what I could find, there is no such scheme for the said college.
But to be certain, you should directly track an Alumni, current student of the college, or contact the administration. They'll be able to help you better.
