As per the home state definition of CSAB, your home state will be Telangana and hence you will be considered under State Quota for admission into NIT Andhra Pradesh.
The reservation criteria of JEE Main follows the reservation rules for allocation of seats that are fixed by the government of India.
The state engineering colleges accepting admission on JEE Main 2019 scores will apply the reservation rules of the state.
