TFWS scheme is Central Govt Scheme. In which all the institutes of country will give admission to atleast 5% of seats to economically weak students.

As per rule, tution fee under TFWs admission is zero. Rest of all fees have to be paid by institute if any.

So, in your case otherthan tution fee has to be paid.
