Hi,
GRE is usually required by top ranked Public Universities in Canada.
It is also true that lower ranked universities might not ask for gre or if they do, they usually waive it.
Colleges like George Brown College , Seneca - Toronto, Canada do not ask for GRE. They might waive off Ielts or toefl score too.
