see you did not mention in which institute you are asking for career opportunities, however due to covid 19 pandemic it will be a big hitch in recruitment process, I suggest you to make your account in linkedin, times job, naukri dot com websites, also you may contact with made easy, gate academy, genique education like organization who recruits for gate exam faculty.
