No there is no way to give NTSE stage 2 without giving NSTE stage 1. Only the candidates who have qualified the NTSE stage 1 are eligible to give NTSE stage 2. Rajya Shiksha Kendra will release the stage 1 NTSE Madhya Pradesh result 2021 in the third week of March 2021. Students can access their class 10 NTSE MP result 2021 on the official website, educationportal.mp.gov.in. The results will be out in the form of merit list and only those candidates who have qualified NTSE stage 1 are eligible to give NTSE stage 2. Along with NTSE Madhya Pradesh result 2021, the cutoff marks will also be announced by the authority.  The authorities will release the NTSE Madhya Pradesh cut off in the third week of March 2021.

NO ,it is not possible to directly give NTSE stage 2 exam if you are from India. NTSE stage 1 is a state level examination and NTSE stage 2 is National level exam. The candidates who have qualified NTSE stage 1 are eligible for the NTSE Stage 2 exam. Only the foreign nationals students can directly apply for stage 2 exam.

Each year around 9-10 lacs students appear form NTSE stage 1 exam and among them only around 4000 students are selected for the stage 2 examination.
