Is there any way to join engineering college for cse with out donations and eamcet rank?( I am oc boy) and rank 51777 ts eamcet.?

yes it is possible but only in private colleges its very hard to get into any type of goverment college at this rank, but you can go for offline or spot councelling in govt colleges too, if some seats remain vaccant which usually happens you may get a try just go and havea talk with the college authories.
