is there any way to pay 20000 fee of upsee counselling .. if i didn't payed in frst round after floating my alloted college

Dear candidate, either you choose float or freeze it's mandatory to pay the fees of 20k in the initial round. If you do not pay the fees, it means you want an exit from the counseling procedure. So there is no other method to pay that 20k fees again. So either you confirm by freezing or float for upgradation, payment of fees is mandatory. You can go for the management quota for admission now.
