Hello,
Both of the fields have opportunities. It is not necessary that one of them is greater than the other. Both the fields work separately and have different filed of interest. Pursuing or selecting one of them depends on you and your interest. If we talked about forensic then it is basically related to the work of crime scene investigation whereas in Biotechnology it is all related to use of biological processes, organisms and systems to make products.
Now, it all depends on your field of interest and which area you want go ahead in the future.
