Hello,
The Caste certificate is issued by the Local Administration only. This caste certificate is valid across India in any state. Therefore, there is no such thing as the Central or State Caste certificate for SC category or any other Reservation category.
The caste certificate which you might be having will be valid in all states everywhere in India.
