No. If you are tlaking about national olympiads like RMO (Regional Mathematics Olympiad), IMO (International Mathematics Olympiad) , NSO (National Science Olympiad) or NTSE (National Talent Search Exam), they are strictly limited to the school students.
The programmes aim at promoting excellence in science and mathematics among pre-university students.
