If you want to do B.tech then unfortunately you cant because jee advance is the inky way.But if you want to do other courses in IITs like B.Sc, Designing, Management etc then exams like IIT JAM, CAT, UCEED (Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design), CEED(Common Entrance Exam for Design) , HSEE (Humanities and Social Sciences Entrance Exam) can help you to get in IITs.

If you want to studied in IIT ,you must qualify the advanced jee mains exam. For you to allow for the advanced jee mains exam you must qualified the jee mains exam conducted all over India. There is no other way to enter into the IIT without qualifying the advanced jee mains exam.

Of course yes ,you can enter IIT BOMBAY without jee advance but not for btech.except for b.tech,you can do Mtech,phD,MBA ,MSc and BSc for that you have other exams like Mtech, JAM,JEST etc,but if you want to do btech from IIT bombay there isn't any way expect jee mains followed by jee advanced.
