Analysing the previous year data, you have fair chances of getting a seat in the government medical colleges with this rank. You should apply for counseling. Even if you don't get MBBS, you should definitely try for BDS. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper,and the number of candidates appearing for it.
