Ravoof and Vazir Khan's Memorial College of Education (RVKMCE), Srikakulam is affiliated to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Srikakulam.
There is no information digitally available by RVKMCE about distance education for B.Ed. course.
It offers 100 seats for B.Ed as a full time course of 2 years duration. Minimum eligibility criteria is graduation with 50% marks and fees per annum is around Rs 13,500/-
However, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University, recognized by NCTE/RCI/UGC and Distance Education Bureau provides B.Ed Correspondence programme of a minimum duration of 2 years. There is no upper age limit but you should have completed 21 years of age by 1st July of the year of admission. The minimum eligibility criteria is same as above. Course fees is Rs 25,000/- per year and medium of instructions will be Telugu. Around 500 seats are available for this course.

Eligibility Criteria For B.Ed Distance
You must possess 50% marks in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in arts, science, commerce, or engineering stream.
If you have completed a teacher education program recognized by NCTE in a face-to-face mode are also eligible to apply for the B.Ed Distance program.
If you have a min. experience 2 years of teaching experience in primary or secondary schools.

The admission to some institutes like IGNOU is done on the basis of the score obtained in the entrance test conducted by IGNOU all over India.
