Entering in a mass communication field is not a very difficult task. Just prepare for entrance exam for good college first. For this your current affair knowledge should be good. Also work on your communication skills, because its all about how confident you are and how confident can you keep your points. You should also have good command over your language (any). But there is nothing to worry, these things can be improved with practice.
