Yes there are 2 IITs which offer B.Arch course:

1. IIT , Roorkee Uttarakhand

2. IIT Kharagpur, W.B.

Yes, there is a B.Arch. course at IITs. However, only two IITs offer this course. IIT Roorkee and IIT Kharagpur. In order to be eligible for IITs, you will have to give the Architect Aptitude Test (AAT). Now you have to remember a couple of things here. In order to be eligible for AAT you have to clear the JEE advanced in which you must get an All India Rank. So in order to appear for AAT you will have to clear both the JEE papers and then sit for the AAT test.

Alternatively you can go for NIT if you want to do a B. Arch. Course. There following NITs have a course in B.Arch.
Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology – Bhopal
National Institute of Technology – Calicut
National Institute of Technology – Hamirpur
Malviya National Institute of Technology – Jaipur
Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology – Nagpur
National Institute of Technology – Patna
National Institute of Technology – Ranchi
National Institute of Technology – Rourkela
National Institute of Technology – Tiruchirappalli

You will have to appear for the JEE examinations in order to get into these colleges.

Apart from the two IITs and the NITs, the other top institutions for B. Arch are BITS Mesra (Ranchi), School of Planning and Architecture (Bhopal), School of Planning and Architecture (Delhi).
