Hello,
Yes there are plenty colleges that provide BSc in Information Technology. Most of the colleges under Delhi University which provide BSc generally provide Bsc in IT. There is a difference in Bsc computer science and BSc IT. The former deals with the application purpose while the latter is more theoretical.
