Is there Btech in computer science in DU... Is it based on merit or entrance?? Please let me know

Earlier there was only one college I.e. NSIT, but now it's a state university.
Thus, now only Cluster Innovation Centre can provide you with B.Tech degree but that is only Information Technology, not Computer science. Though both are similar, CIC's curriculum is slightly different so check it out first.
