Is there chances that I may get paediatrics, medicine or anaesthesia with a neet pg aiq rank of 20370 ?

Nitin all India rank of 20,000 you are not going to get pediatrics, medicine in any good institute and especially if you are opting for either MD or DNB courses they seem pretty much out of reach and you need to be within the top 5000 to 7000 all India at least in order to have some chances to search institute and even for the DNB institutes in needed to be within the top 10000 all India rankers which you are not
talking about anaesthesia yes you do have a friend chance of getting MD anaesthesia and one of the not so reputed colleges or maybe DNB anaesthesia and some private institute and it would do you good to visit the following link and enrich yourself with the knowledge about which streams you might get and in which colleges you have high probability of getting it

The chances are rare for getting a pg seat for following in govt colleges however you may try management seats in private colleges. Medicine and Paediatrics are tough to get compared to anaesthesia .
