Is there CSAB offical given category rank opening and closing? or CRL rank list ? How can i know it ?

Hi Lalith.
I think you're talking about JoSAA last rank details, which is available in their website. The rank given in each category is the category rank. In the case of General category, the rank is from CRL. You can check the last rank details in this website.
